About Me.
I’m Deepak Kumar Lalwani, a passionate and committed professional working with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) since June 2007. With over 18 years of experience, I have been serving as a Development Officer and elevated to the position of Senior Business Associate (SBA) in 2018.
Over the years, I have successfully recruited and mentored more than 100 Life Insurance Advisors, many of whom are now leading successful, financially independent lives. My core mission is to empower individuals—both men and women—to build a rewarding and dignified career in life insurance.
Our Current Focus
We are currently building a strong team of:
- City Career Agents(CCA),
- Rural Career Agents(RCA) and
- Lady Career Agents(LCA) under the Bima Sakhi initiative
We not only recruit but also train, guide, and develop our team members at every stage. I conduct regular training sessions to enhance both knowledge and confidence, ensuring each team member stays updated and motivated.
